A Snapshot of Your Day 

In this role, you are responsible for updating and maintaining the configuration tools for our AIS product portfolio.  . You support the development of concepts for managing configuration knowledge. You define, document, and implement with methodical approaches, the creation of the data structure of products and product variants and their relations to each other. You adhere to these definitions and safely use the IT-tools for which you are responsible. Questioning current processes and finding effective solutions, for example for tool optimization, is part of your daily routine.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You create, update and correct the AIS modules and configuration rules according to the business requirements
• Close coordination and collaboration within the R&D and PLM network and beyond that
• Utilize your expert knowledge to provide support to sales, manufacturing and order execution with respect to product configuration topics

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable
• 3-5 years in the field of mechanical/electrical engineering as well as proficiency in reading technical drawings and parts lists
• IT affinity
• Understanding of AIS products and processes (from offer to delivery)
• Business fluent knowledge of English
• Accuracy, quality awareness and strong communication skills round off your profile
