- Developing the future target landscape of the procurement function with a focus on functional improvements
- Lead and coordinate all Procurement Controlling activities in close collaboration with partners across the Procurement Controlling Organization and Global Procurement Teams, including fiscal year planning, monthly closing processes (actuals reporting, forecasting), and executive-level presentations
- Ensure high standards of data integrity and proactively drive enhancements in data quality across procurement systems and reporting
- Champion transparency and data-driven decision-making by demonstrating important metrics to identify improvement opportunities and monitor progress
- Support the achievement of strategic procurement targets by providing actionable insights and recommending performance optimization measures
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning by actively promoting standard process sharing and knowledge transfer among controlling colleagues
- University Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional Experience in Strategic Procurement, Commodity Management, Strategy Consulting, Project Management, or Engineering
- Broad knowledge in procurement controlling and are familiar with the key procurement performance indicators to successfully support the procurement head in driving the business
- Experience working in an international environment and interacting with partners from different functions as well as the ability to gain deep insights in the business and conduct in depth analysis of facts and figures
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English, both written and spoken, German is a plus
- Experience with MS Office, especially Excel, PPT; Basic Knowledge of SAP MM, Knowledge of PowerBi and Snowflkae desirable

Aufgrund der österreichischen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen sind wir verpflichtet, das Mindestgehalt für diese Position anzugeben. Bitte beachten Sie, dass eine klare Bereitschaft für eine höhere Vergütung unter Berücksichtigung Ihrer individuellen Erwartungen, Fachkenntnisse und Fähigkeiten besteht. Das Mindestgehalt für diese Stelle im Kollektivvertrag Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie, Angestellte beträgt € 60.785,90 brutto/Jahr für eine Vollzeitstelle (38,5 h/Woche).
