A Snapshot of Your Day
As a member of Grid Technologies Sales Business Controlling LA team, you will be responsible for fulfilling accounting, forecasting, budgeting, month end closing, performance reviews and reporting requirements while coordinating, reviewing, analyzing, and consolidating feedback to your internal customers and team members.
How You’ll Make an Impact
You will gain valuable experience and knowledge in these areas while working with regional teams and different levels of management.
- Act as trusted Partner to the execution unit GT Sales on all business controlling and reporting topics.
- Coordinate finance topics within the execution unit and define requirements for tools and reports.
- Analyze data and financial reports and prepare financial reports and analysis as needed.
- Drive the annual budget process and monthly forecasting process in your area of responsibility.
- Understand the execution unit business to support the business and create visibility.
- Play a central role in our digitalization journey, by driving the digitalization/automation of controlling and reporting activities.
- Responsibility to comply and / or implement the protocols, policies, guidelines, and proficiencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).
What You Bring
- University Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance or related.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Controlling or Business Administration role
- Strong Microsoft Excel experience, SAP, Alteryx and visualization tools like PowerPoint, Tableau, & Power BI
- Strong analytical skills, be proactive in problem solving and strong networking and communication skills
- Upper intermediate or Advanced English / Native speaker Spanish
