A Snapshot of Your Day

Your day balances governance, design, and pragmatism: advising stakeholders on organizational changes, safeguarding compliance with binding organizational rules, and continuously improving how our Operating Model is applied across the company.

You work closely with Business Areas, Regional Hubs, Corporate Functions, HR, and central governance functions to ensure that organizational structures are clear, compliant, future‑proof, and efficient – supported by digital tools and data‑driven insights.


How You’ll Make an Impact


  • Own and evolve organizational guidelines
  • Act as a central point of expertise for organizational rules and principles, ensuring they are clear, consistent, and practical across the company.
  • Safeguard organizational compliance
  • Ensure adherence to key organizational standards—such as effective hierarchies, clear reporting lines, and defined responsibilities—supporting transparency and audit readiness.
  • Enable structured organizational change
  • Guide and support organizational changes by ensuring they follow established governance processes and are implemented efficiently and reliably.
  • Shape and maintain the Operating Model
  • Contribute to the continuous development of the company’s Operating Model by translating strategy into clear organizational structures, roles, and interfaces.
  • Advise and challenge stakeholders
  • Partner with business leaders and HR to assess organizational needs, reduce complexity, and propose efficient, compliant design solutions.
  • Drive simplification and digitalization
  • Promote standardized, simplified structures and leverage digital tools and data to improve transparency, efficiency, and scalability.


What You Bring


  • University degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Quality Management, Engineering, or a comparable field
  • Relevant professional experience in organizational governance, operating models, organizational development, or a comparable corporate environment
  • Strong governance mindset with the ability to translate rules and principles into pragmatic, value‑adding guidance
  • Analytical and structured working style, with the ability to independently manage defined work packages end‑to‑end
  • Experience working with complex stakeholder landscapes, including HR, business leadership, and central functions
  • Digital affinity, ideally with exposure to organizational management tools, data frameworks, or process automation
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, with the ability to explain complex rules clearly and confidently.
