Job Title: Operational Fleet Data Governance Engineer

The Operational Fleet Data Governance Engineer will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operational data related to turbine systems. This role requires a deep understanding of technical data, turbine operations, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and governance, with engineering awareness.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and implement data governance strategies for turbine operational data.
- Evaluate and manage data quality, ensuring that all customer and turbine operational data is accurate, reliable, and consistent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify & define critical data requirements, standards, and definitions for data element to ensure their quality and accuracy.
- Work closely with IT, business stakeholders & Central functions to develop and maintain a data governance framework and related policies.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and standards.
- Monitor and report on the status of data governance activities and take corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and deliver training to stakeholders on data governance practices and policies.
- Utilise data analytics tools to analyse turbine operational data and generate insightful reports for decision-making.
- Provide technical support and guidance on data governance matters to various teams.

What You Bring
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, Data Analytics or equivalent experience
- Must have extensive knowledge of data governance practices, data quality principles, and data management tools.
- Experience in turbine operations or related field is a plus.
- Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
- The Operational Fleet Data Governance Engineer plays a key role in ensuring that the company's data is accurate, accessible, consistent, and secure.
