As an Offshore Technician, you will play a crucial, hands-on role in the installation of our state-of-the-art offshore wind turbines across global projects. This position requires working in challenging and dynamic offshore environments as part of a dedicated, international team. You will be at the forefront of our renewable energy projects, ensuring they are brought online safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your core responsibilities will encompass the full lifecycle of turbine erection, from initial preparation to final handover. This role home country will be Poland, and you will be deployed to projects Worldwide Europe, United States and Asia-Pacific (EU, US, and APAC) as per the business requirements. You will follow a shift pattern therefore a flexible approach to travel and working away from home on a continuing basis is essential. Applying for this position you can live anywhere in Poland.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Prepare transition pieces, tools, equipment, and components for turbine installation and commissioning activities.
• Execute mechanical installation and electrical commissioning of offshore wind turbines in line with defined workflows and technical specifications.
• Conduct snagging (defect identification) and perform quality control checks during both installation and commissioning phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain project schedule adherence.
• Comply with and promote all EHS standards, maintain required documentation, and foster a strong safety culture among team members and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with a multinational team, train new colleagues and third-party personnel, and manage personal administrative tasks independently and efficiently.

What You Bring

• Vocational Apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical fields or a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (wind industry experience strongly preferred).
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems and wind turbine technology, supported by hands-on industry experience.
• Strong technical troubleshooting abilities and proficiency in creating clear technical documentation and reports.
• Proven adherence to HSE procedures, with experience in offshore operations and quality assurance.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills (English), with the ability to collaborate effectively in multinational environments.
• Experience in training/mentoring others, coupled with strong self-management and intercultural competence.
