O&M I&C Maintenance Engineer

We are preparing to ramp up our maintenance team with an I&C engineer on one of the power plants that are operated and maintained by SIEMENS ENERGY on behalf of its owner.

Implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance of the I&C Equipment of the power station according to procedures, work plans and legal requirements. Providing necessary conditions.

Plant availability, Compliance with Maintenance Work Plan, Customer Satisfaction, Compliance with Plant Procedures.

How will you make an Impact

• Build, Update, Issue and Implement work plans and work orders according to OEM-Recommendation, FNs, Best Practice, Siemens internal Instructions (e.g. PCM, Product Bulleting’s), Customer Requests                                                                                                 
• Continuously improve technical knowledge by attending training courses and practical training in the field.                                                                                                                        
• Apply plant management system for plant related tasks (e.g. reporting faults, performing work on site, requesting material)                                                                                                           
• Ensure own and others' Health and Safety by closely aligning with plant safety laws and processes / procedures.                                                                                                                       
• Interdepartmental assistance according to plant needs.                                                              
• Protect the environment by reducing hazardous waste and avoiding.                                          
• Responsible for tools and inventory (e.g. calibration, repair, etc.)                                                 
• Open and honest behavior, sharing knowledge and opinion.                                                       
• Communicates openly and respectfully.                                                                                     
• Questions existing practices and speaks up.                                                                              
• Takes Responsibility for his actions, target / result oriented.

What You Will Bring In

• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering/Electronic Engineering/Automatic Control Engineering or equivalent, at least 5 years working experience as service/maintenance engineer in industrial plants (preferably power plants)                                                                                                  
• Working experience in service/maintenance sector of industrial plants (preferably power plants)   
• Experience as supervisor of small team helpful but not required.                                     
• PTW System, Safety Requirements in Power Plants                                                       
• Ability to analyze and rectify faults on the I&C equipment.                                               
• SPPA-M3000 (plant management system knowledge)                                                                
• MS Office                                                                                            
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.                                        
• Power Plant specific knowledge of I&C systems                                                                         
• Ability to adopt in new technologies (Hardware & Software)                                                        
• Technical Expertise in the field of I&C                                                                                        
• Comprehend technical drawings.                                                                                               
• Working with electrical and I&C related drawings                        
• Experience in working in a multinational culture team in a project set up environment is appreciated.
