- Utilize state-of-the-art tooling and precision measuring equipment to delicately assemble components, ensuring every piece fits seamlessly into place.
- Operate lifting equipment and fixtures with precision and care, making the assembly process smooth and enjoyable while meticulously recording build figures to ensure perfection.
- Foster open communication with supporting departments, seamlessly passing the baton to colleagues and fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Champion a culture of excellence and tidiness, infusing your workspace with energy and creativity through 5S practices, while constantly brainstorming and implementing process improvement ideas.
- Demonstrate relentless dedication to quality and safety, infusing your work with passion and dedication, all while ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations.
- Embrace flexibility in your schedule, eagerly rising to the challenge of meeting the dynamic needs of our business and customers alike.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Bring a wealth of experience as a fitter, ready to infuse our team with your expertise and enthusiasm for mechanical assembly.
- Completed a recognized apprenticeship or equivalent NVQ Level 3 qualification in mechanical Fitting, setting the stage for your exciting journey with us.
- Proficiency in dismantling and overhauling components, matched only by your passion for innovation and creativity.
- A keen eye for detail ensures that every assembly is a work of art, crafted with precision and finesse.
- Experience with pipework systems for air and liquid is a plus – we value diverse talents!
- Your dedication to safety and quality shines through in everything you do, and your collaborative spirit makes you a perfect fit for our team.
