The Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving maintenance strategies to ensure safe, reliable, and cost‑effective operation of machinery and equipment. This role focuses on structured maintenance planning, reliability-centered methodologies, and data-driven optimization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and optimize   maintenance strategies   for machinery and technical systems based on reliability, risk, and lifecycle considerations.
• Create, maintain, and update   preventive and predictive maintenance plans   in accordance with applicable standards and best practices.
• Prepare detailed   Method Statements   and JobCards   for maintenance and repair activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
• Actively participate in and contribute to   FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis)   and   RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) workshops.
• Analyze maintenance, failure, and operational data from   maintenance management systems and databases to identify potential improvement.
• Translate analysis results into optimized maintenance concepts, task intervals, and work instructions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to align strategies with operational requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance efficiency, availability, and cost optimization.

What You Bring

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Experience in   maintenance planning, reliability engineering, or asset management.
• Knowledge of maintenance methodologies such as   RCM, FMECA, preventive and condition-based maintenance.
• Experience in writing   Method Statements   and structured maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with maintenance documentation.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Very good written and spoken   English  (German is an advantage ).
