- Assume the role of an EHS Professional (f/m/d) within global industrial steam turbine projects, ensuring adherence to a strong safety culture
- Develop and review EHS plans and training programs (internal/external), monitor compliance, and implement higher-level EHS principles and policies
- Coordinate environmental protection efforts in collaboration with other business functions
- Identify and assess existing and potential EHS risks, recommend priorities for resolution, and decide on measures to eliminate EHS-related risks and violations
- Maintain relationships with regulators and EHS agencies of customers to ensure compliance and effective communication
- Train and support project participants and customers to promote sustainable internalization of the EHS concept, while also assisting with sustainability-related topics and supporting the sustainability network
- Completed technical degree (Master/Diploma) in Environmental, Health & Safety or a related field
- Experience in construction site operations, particularly in the commissioning of turbomachinery equipment, is preferred
- Desirable product knowledge in industrial steam turbine plants and power plant technology
- Broad knowledge of sustainability practices is advantageous
- Proficient in both German and English, with a willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10%)
- Strong self-reliance, reliability, and efficiency in work, complemented by a hands-on mentality; capable of independent and team-based work, with strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
