A Snapshot of your day

Your day involves providing technical assistance to customers for breakdowns, troubleshooting, and operational issues while supporting Field Service Representatives (FSRs) before, during, and after-outage execution. You also collaborate with the project management and sales teams to ensure smooth outage preparation, execution, and follow-up, including technical reviews, field service report approvals, and occasional on-site support for special cases.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Provide technical assistance to customers for breakdowns, troubleshooting, and operational issues.
• Assist Field Service Representatives (FSRs) with technical support before, during, and after outage execution.
• Collaborate with the project management team for outage preparation, execution, and follow-up activities.
• Work with the sales and tendering team to prepare field service quotes, spare parts/tooling clarifications, and support technical customer meetings.
• Perform technical reviews and approve field service reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Offer tooling support to the field service team and participate in site work for special cases when required.

What You Bring

• A minimum 3-5 years of successful field service and commissioning experience with industrial steam turbines in the Oil and Gas/Power Plant industry.
• Proven expertise in commissioning and working in a Field Service environment.
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the Middle East region and beyond.
• Strong customer-facing skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Experience with diverse steam turbine designs and operational environments is essential.
