A Snapshot of Your Day
Responsible for the design, development, implementation, operation, and maintenance of instrument/electrical systems. Focus is on mathematical modelling of systems of a diverse nature, analyzing their dynamic behavior, and using control theory to create a controller that will cause the systems to behave in a desired manner. May specialize in the design, configuration, and automation of systems.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Technical clarification of interfaces to customers, other projects, or sub-projects
- Design of architecture, components, and mechanism for cyber security solutions
- Making decision on security related issues
- Responsibility for implementation of Siemens cyber security solutions in accordance with best industry practices (remote and on-site)
- Preparation of for Cyber Security customer documentation
- Continually improve knowledge with respect to trends and tools
- Support the organization in advancing the discipline as the Key Contact for Cyber Security in Project.
- Support Product & Solution Security (PSS)
- Carry out Risk and threat analysis for Siemens-Energy Scope
- Review and maintaining procedures and philosophies

What You Bring
- knowledge in the field of Instrumentation & Control Systems and Functions, acknowledged by colleagues and other external experts in the field.
- Knowledge of national and international cyber security standards and regulations Cyber: Resilience Act (CRA), Regulation 2023/1230/EU – machinery, IEC62443, ISA99, NIST SP 800-82
- GICSP, CISSP or similar certification preferred
- Application of cyber security controls in Operations Technology (OT) and deep know of IT
- Network security controls knowledge: firewalls, routers, Intrusion Detection System (IDS)
- Cyber security policy and procedure development
- You have the willingness to travel (10%) and excellent skills to collaborate across the organisation
- Enthusiasm for detail and successful implementation.
