A Snapshot of Your Day
As an IT HR System Synergies Architect for EMEA, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the HR IT systems landscape, ensuring it meets the organization’s needs and drives efficiency and productivity. Your knowledge kit should include a broad technical knowledge and experience across varying HR infrastructure integrations requirements, solution development and design.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Act as an IT Business Partner for our HR stakeholders to ensure the architectural global landscape strategy is embraced on local and regional level.
- Understand and assess the local and regional HR business processes needs (ex: Time & Attendance, HCM, payroll, Travel & Expenses etc) to determine the best technical solution, with priority on existing global HR systems and platform solutions
- Identify risks and dependencies and alternative solutions for specific use cases
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architect, IT Service Owners, vendors, 3rd party providers, IT PMs, Business Owners and Regional Business Representatives to ensure compatibility, interoperability, stability, and usability of the overall HR solution architecture landscape
- Overseeing the integration of the HR core applications (ex: Workday, Concur, Avature, ServiceNow etc) with other third-party solutions (ex: payroll) and regional or local systems to ensure a seamless flow of data and synchronization across the systems
- Ensuring technical documentation is available and updated, including system configurations, integration mappings and customization guidelines etc
- Act as liaison between Application Owner and Digital Core departments, assisting with testing and post solution implementation (including test cases, key user enablement and trainings)
What You Bring
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Deep knowledge of HR systems architecture landscape to manage system integration fundamentals
- Multi-year experience with IT projects (including demand management)
- Highly customer focused attitude to work with great emphasis on positive outcomes - "Delighting the customer"
- Communicate fluently in English language
- Excellent communication and stakeholders’ management skills
Nice to have:
- Ideally good knowledge of IT compliance & IT assurance (ITGC) and ITIL practices
- Knowledge of HR admin functional processes
- Intercultural & global exposure
- Experience communicating at all levels of management and managing conflict and change

As IT Value Center and IT Business Partner for HR and EHS IT services, we are responsible for defining, implementing and managing the IT landscape for the corporate functions “Human Resources” and “EHS, Quality Governance and Security” over the full lifecycle of the applications and IT services, on a global scale.
