A munkakörről
- Develop the Portfolio with Market Insight: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and driven dynamics to find opportunities and gaps. Act as a subject matter expert in one or more Digital Grid MI portfolio areas, supporting pre-sales discussions, product demonstrations, and feeding global needs into PLM processes, including product validation and pilot projects.
- Drive Go-to-Market and Commercialization: Define and implement global go-to-market strategies based on channel and value proposition. Lead sales activities across regions, support case development with market data and profitability assessments, and promote Siemens Energy’s innovations through conferences, fairs, and roadshows.
- Empower Sales Teams with Knowledge: Develop technical sales materials, training concepts, and enablement content aligned with internal frameworks. Coordinate with PLM, marketing, engineering, and sales to ensure consistent messaging and readiness across all regions.
- Engage Customers and Develop Co-Creation: Build strong relationships with customers and partners to develop trust and long-term collaboration. Co-create tailored solutions, translate complex technical requirements into actionable offerings, and ensure alignment with evolving customer needs.
- Strengthen Technical Support and Regional Collaboration: Provide expert guidance for Digital Grid products, support proposal creation, and optimize grid performance through solution design. Assist regional teams with onboarding, strategy implementation, and cross-functional alignment, while representing Siemens Energy externally and on social media.
- A degree in engineering, science, or an MBA with a focus on energy or automation technology or equivalent experience, is advantageous.
- Long term professional experience in sales, business development, service business, and digitalization within the energy or industrial sector.
- Experience in consultative selling in B2B environments, with a strong understanding of grid technologies, grid resilience, energy automation, edge technologies, and cybersecurity.
- Proven leadership experience in multi-disciplinary teams within matrixed and international organizations.
- Ability to develop compelling value propositions and communicate complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.
- Entrepreneurial approach with a passion for spotting future trends and translating them into business opportunities.
- Strong presentation and moderation skills, with fluency in English; additional languages such as German, Spanish, or French are a plus.
