The Head of SGT-50 Sales is responsible for leading a global sales organization focused on selling both SGT-50 New Unit and service solutions in the global market. The role owns global sales strategy, order intake, and margin performance, working closely with regional entities, Product Lines, Engineering and Execution.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Global Sales Leadership
- Lead and manage a geographically distributed sales team across multiple regions
- Set and execute global sales strategy for SGT-50 New Unit and Service Offerings
- Drive profitable growth, order intake, and margin performance
- Develop a healthy sales funnel to enable further profitable growth in relevant market segments
- Ensure disciplined opportunity governance, pricing rigor, and risk management
Customer & Regional Collaboration
- Act as senior commercial interface for strategic customers
- Partner closely with Regional Entities to support customer‑facing execution
- Promote a strong customer‑first mindset while balancing risk and profitability
Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Engineering, Execution, Field Service, Parts, Manufacturing and Finance teams
- Support development and commercialization of SGT-50 New Unit and Service Solutions
- Champion collaboration across SGT-50 business and Regions
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required (engineering or commercial discipline preferred)
- Extensive experience in global sales within power generation, oil & gas, or rotating equipment
- Proven experience leading global or regional sales teams
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen in complex solution and service selling environments
