A Snapshot of Your Day 

Join us as the Head of Global Logistics for Spare parts in Procurement & Logistics team, where you’ll lead and manage all logistics operations within our organization. You’ll hold end-to-end accountability for the logistics process, including network footprint development, order management, warehouse management, special freights, and outbound logistics. Your mission is to ensure high parts availability and delivery reliability, focusing on customer satisfaction through timely order release, pick and pack, and delivery. Lead global distribution and special freight teams to ensure safe operations within warehouses and with suppliers, all while defining and deploying logistics strategies that balance responsiveness and cost efficiency.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Monitor logistics and transport performance and lead corrective actions to ensure efficiency and responsiveness.
• Ensure safe storage and handling of inventories within global supply chain warehouses.
• Manage professionals and set performance goals to optimize logistics processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and implement network design strategies to support the growth of our spare parts business.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and mutual success.

What You Bring

• Long-term managerial experience with a proven track record of leading global multicultural teams in Supply Chain.
• Proven track record of driving improvements in both regional and global functions.
• Strong skills in ethical behavior, cross-functional collaboration, and impactful change leadership.
• Excellent communication and Stakeholder management skills and a passion for renewable energy.
• Motivation to lead teams in a dynamic environment, delivering quality results within deadlines.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
