Join Siemens Energy as a Construction Site Manager and take charge of high-voltage connection works for datacenter and renew projects. You’ll lead the on-site execution, ensuring every phase—from installation to energization and handover—is delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with Siemens Energy standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead HV connection activities on site, including installation, commissioning support, and energization readiness, meeting schedule, budget, and performance targets.
- Plan and supervise site set-up, logistics, permits, access control, and work fronts to ensure smooth delivery in live or space-constrained datacenter environments.
- Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors (civil, electrical, cabling), fostering collaboration and compliance with method statements, ITPs, and QA/QC requirements.
- Manage technical and commercial matters alongside the Project Manager and Engineer, including progress reporting, change management, claims, and cost control.
- Interface with customers, grid operators, and third parties, proactively resolving site issues, risks, and escalations while ensuring EHS excellence through site-specific plans, RAMS, toolbox talks, and audits.
What You Bring
- 5-10 years of experience as a Site or Construction Manager on complex sites, ideally within HV/MV electrical infrastructure or mission-critical environments.
- You possess strong knowledge of HV/MV substations, including AIS/GIS retrofit, extensions, modernization, cable works, and safety standards.
- Proficiency with project management tools and site reporting (schedule, progress, KPIs, NCRs/punch list, documentation, and handover dossiers).
- You are fluent in Italian and English for technical purposes
- You are fully available to travel (up to 100%) within Italy and if required, abroad.
Nice to have
- BIM experience is a plus for site coordination and interface management.
- Experience working in datacenter environments will help you stand out.
