A Snapshot of Your Day
As HR Business Partner you would become a trusted partner and advisor for all managers in the partnered organization. HR BP is supported in this role by the HR Head of the Country and of Eastern Europe Sub-Region, HR team, Global HR BPs, as well as partnered by Centers of HR Competence & external providers.
HR BP is responsible for the HR partnership & services for Factory site in Hungary, that is one of key locations for SE globally and allows for a great development and impact as HR professional.
HR BP can also develop and have a strong influence on HR professional approach of SE being a key participant of internal international projects aimed at HR harmonization and modern HR solutions creation.
How You’ll Make an Impact
· Maintain and develop relationships with Business in order to diagnose needs and recommend relevant solutions for business growth & HR Projects.
· Proactively engage with the business on people topics affecting employee engagement, retention, succession planning, talent development,
· Become a great Team member of HR, ensuring that we are always focusing on the most important change management aspects and projects execution. That we adapt our roadmap/plans, interventions, tools, based on Siemens Energy HR priorities, every team member input and team aspirations.
· Advise Business Leaders on hiring & compensation areas.
· Make use of global solutions and create local ones in the areas e.g. of Leadership Development, Engagement, retention, SE reputation on the labor market.
· Partner business in change management processes, e.g. structure changes, policy/ process improvement or creation.
· Participate in internal international projects focused on HR simplification, harmonization & digitalization as well as HR Professional collaborative development or leadership development.
· Build HR solutions cooperating closely with HR Centers of Competence (eg: Compensation, Benefits, Systems & Solutions, Talent Acquisition)
· Ensure & coordinate engaging communication on HR Processes to Managers & Employees.
· Monitor key metrics and recommend improvements.
· Opportunity to coordinate one or more HR Functional areas of HR processes for the Country, like: compensation review, position evaluation, employment conditions changes, rewards, engagement survey, performance management, growth, etc.
What You Bring
· University degree, preferably in Economics or Psychology
· Min 5 years’ experience in HR, preferably in an international environment
· Labor legislation knowledge will be necessary
· Proven skills of partnering with: managers in business, employees, providers, HR professionals, and ideally with international colleagues
· A great advantage would be good project management skills
· Experience with salary benchmarks and advising on compensation structure & solutions
· Excel – on advanced level will be a great benefit
· English and Hungarian language knowledge
· Experience in Workers’ Council counts as an advantage
