As a Graduate Trainee, you will focus on three core areas: direct operational support for logistics activities, diligent data management and reporting, and assistance with process improvement initiatives. These activities are designed to handle routine logistical tasks, ensuring that senior team members can focus on more complex project execution challenges.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and keep stakeholders updated on status.
• Assist with preparing, organizing, and managing shipping and customs documentation.
• Support Logistics Project Managers by handling standardized, repeatable project‑execution tasks.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate information within logistics management systems.
• Compile data for regular performance reports, including on‑time delivery and cost analysis.
• Identify and document opportunities to improve and standardize repetitive logistics processes while providing general administrative support.
• Performs other tasks delegated by the supervisor in alignment with the employee’s professional skills, experience, and knowledge.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• No prior professional experience required; internships or relevant academic projects are considered an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in building a career in project logistics.
• Comfortable using standard office software and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, developmental role.
• Skilled in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to organize information clearly and logically, and demonstrates a keen interest in AI tools and emerging technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
