A Snapshot of Your Day

As Global Head of Offshore Installation and Completion within Offshore Construction you will lead the overall construction package via the Construction Project Managers and Lead Site Managers, you will further be responsible for the installation and completion sub packages to define standards, manage performance and improve the package accordingly. A solution-oriented collaboration with different stakeholders will be key to achieving success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the construction package for offshore execution projects and manage a global team of ~170 across Denmark, Germany, UK, Poland, US, and Taiwan, including Project Managers, Site Managers, and Installation Leads.
• Report directly to the Global Head of Construction in a manager-of-managers' role, driving leadership and operational excellence.
• Ensure safety culture is embedded across all sites, setting the standard for health and safety practices.
• Deliver construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Define and continuously improve standards, workflows, cost, planning, tools, and performance for installation and completion sub-packages.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, act as a mentor and sparring partner for your team, and foster a high-performance culture in the new organizational setup.

What You Bring

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Proven experience in the offshore construction business (>5 years)
• Leadership experience in line management as well as in a project organization
• A role model that leads by example is courageous in action, open in communication, and transparent in decision making
• Managing and igniting change: You identify and address opportunities and weaknesses in your business as well as your team
• The ability to communicate confidently in English across all levels of the organization, from site to senior management and to suppliers and customers
