- Global FM Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute a cohesive global facility management strategy aligned with corporate real estate objectives, harmonizing regional approaches while enabling local flexibility
- Standards, Policies & Governance: Define, implement, and enforce global FM standards, policies, and harmonized structures and processes (e.g. service models, reporting, order processing, maintenance, project management, digitalization)
- Performance & Quality Management: Establish global KPIs, conduct regular audits across sites (including factories), and drive continuous improvement and compliance with standards
- Regional & Provider Enablement: Act as strategic advisor to regional HUB teams, supporting asset/property management, FM provider selection, contract management, and performance optimization, including insourcing/outsourcing strategies
- Data, Reporting & Benchmarking: Build robust global FM data management and reporting frameworks, including dashboards, benchmarking, and performance analytics to enable data-driven decisions
- Sustainability & Innovation: Embed sustainability into FM strategies (energy efficiency, waste reduction, carbon footprint minimization) and drive innovation through new technologies and digital FM solutions
- Long-term experience in Facility Management, Real Estate, or related fields, with a proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-regional operations and implementing global strategies and standards
- Deep expertise in FM service delivery models, including insourcing, outsourcing, and hybrid approaches, as well as strong knowledge of soft services (e.g. security management)
- Strong operational competence in space management, office optimization, and workplace efficiency concepts
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across regions, cultures, and diverse stakeholder groups
- Advanced capabilities in data, performance, and transformation, including data analytics, KPI development, performance management, sustainability integration, and digital transformation in FM environments
- Relevant academic background (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Facility Management, Real Estate, or related fields), strong familiarity with global FM platforms/tools, and international travel readiness
