A Snapshot of Your Day
Come join us in the Compression Service organization! As a Finance Manager, you will serve as a trusted strategic business partner to the Regional Finance Head. Your day-to-day involves leading a team of financial analysts and accountants, ensuring seamless financial management and execution for the company's portfolio. This role demands strong leadership in driving high performance, financial expertise, and strategic stakeholder management capabilities.


How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead and manage a team of financial analysts and accountants, overseeing their daily activities and development in a diverse and distributed physical landscape.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Head of Finance and other senior leaders.
Manage the financial aspects of projects, including cost control, financial planning, and performance monitoring.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Ensure operational transparency and act as a partner to the technical organization.
Act as first point of contact for customer, country and organizational dispute resolution.
Planned travel required 25%; must qualify for travel within region of employment.

What You Bring  
Experience in areas of increasing responsibility and of shown experience with a broad financial background in project relevant functions required. Experience in Compression business is an advantage; Those with a higher level of relevant experience may be eligible for a more senior level position.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.
Strong passion for automation and lean initiatives.
In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
