You will initiate your day by organizing your schedule with the aid of dashboards that pinpoint the need for GIS product service orders in various business regions. The core of your activity will be dedicated to the creation and processing of top-quality service orders, adhering to established procedures for our global and regional clientele and partners. This will entail engaging with different departments and regional customers. Your role will demonstrate your ability to navigate multicultural interactions within an engaging team environment. Additionally, you will have the chance to expand your skills and contribute toward optimizing the team's operational processes.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Your primary responsibility will involve the diligent execution of service orders for the Gas Insulated Switchgear portfolio, following prescribed guidelines to support international hubs, regions, and direct customers.
- You will coordinate and serve as the key liaison with regional customers, internal teams, and suppliers, managing service order execution autonomously.
- Ensuring timely communication with the relevant region or customer about the status of order execution and timelines is essential to meeting the target date for tenders or proposals.
- Routine engagement with various regions will be required to secure and understand order forecasts.
What You Bring
- Successful completion of a course in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Early professional experience in the Medium-/HV switchgear business, preferably in offer/-order execution or field services of GIS
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage that will improve your efficiency in this role
- You possess strong collaboration and communication skills, along with excellent time management abilities.
- A high willingness to learn, self-initiative, and an independent, self-reliant work style are key to your success.
- Business fluent English is required, and proficiency in German is a plus.
