We are a team of finance specialists supporting order management in completing generator and generator component orders. The generator business has its manufacturing and its headquarters in Erfurt, Germany, and supplies customers worldwide.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Work closely with order managers to ensure accurate project costing and advise them on all finance related aspects (variation offer calculation, invoicing, tax concepts, incoterms, T&Cs, etc.)
• Responsibility for order entry, current order costs (MIKA) and final order costs reviews
• Independently present abovementioned review results to the leadership team highlighting major impacts on profitability
• Complete and communicate regular order forecast to finance management
• Investigate order risks and opportunities
• Conduct research on the possibilities for AI applications to improve execution

What You Bring

• Proven work experience in commercial project management or order execution roles (or similar) essential
• Bachelor/ master degree in Finance, Business Administration or Commercial Law desirable
• Communicative level of English and/ or German is a must, knowledge of Czech/ Slovak language advantageous
• Proficient user of Excel and active user of other Microsoft Office programs
• Familiarity with AI applications like ChatGPT, Alteryx, etc. highly desirable
• Experience regarding IFRS, USGAAP, int. taxes, insurance is an advantage, as is previous working knowledge of SAP
