Deliver on-site technical expertise to commission, start up, and support compressor systems, ensuring safe and reliable operations. This dynamic role involves troubleshooting, providing advisory services, and managing multiple technical priorities—ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, hands-on environments
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Perform commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Siemens Energy control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, instrumentation loops, and protection systems.
- Conduct field diagnostics and implement corrective actions to restore equipment performance within defined timelines.
- Review control logic, parameters, and alarms, providing clear technical recommendations to improve system stability.
- Respond to customer requests with professionalism and accountability, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
- Support retrofit, upgrade, and modernization projects involving control systems and system integration.
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance procedures during field and service activities.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
- Over 7 years of hands-on field experience with Siemens compressor control systems, including S7, PCS7, HMI platforms, and related instrumentation.
- Solid understanding of compressor operations, protection philosophies, and rotating equipment fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills for effective on-site problem solving.
- Ability to build customer trust through clear communication and reliable execution.
- Willing and able to travel up to 80% of the time and work in various industrial environments.
