How You’ll Make an Impact

• Coordinate field service operations throughout KSA, encompassing installation, maintenance, and addressing issues with compressors.
• Lead and develop a regional team of field service engineers while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Improve service quality, customer happiness, and alignment with business objectives through planning.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to forecast and coordinate field activities.
• Cultivate positive relationships with customers and collaborators to identify service opportunities and provide technical assistance.
• Keep an eye on important metrics, team performance, and trends, while spearheading continuous improvement and training activities.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field service operations, preferably in the compression industry, with global compressor OEM experience as a plus.
• Strong technical expertise in compression systems, rotating equipment, and field maintenance activities.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams, inspire collaboration, and align operations with organizational goals.
• Customer-focused, strategic thinker, effective communicator in English, and open to feedback and learning.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and regional regulatory/safety standards, with a willingness to travel internationally.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
