About your role
Field Service: Gas Turbine & Generator Assembly Service Specialist (Kuwaiti National)
Gas Services Field Service and Tooling (FST) is recruiting motivated individual to join their service team based in Kuwait.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Perform Assembly and Disassembly of Gas Turbine & Generator components.
- Using Hydraulic Tightening equipment – Hytorc/ITH
- Confident in lifting and rigging
- Able to follow technical instructions and drawings.
- Understanding of Foreign Material Exclusion
- Confined space/Working at Height Trained
- Performs complex, specialized hands-on tasks on turbine and/or generator equipment during new installation, overhaul, repair, or modification projects in accordance with Siemens Energy work procedures.
- Completes documents of all installations, inspections, maintenance and repair work, and failures.
What You Bring / Skills, Capabilities
- Mechanical/Electrical Educated from Technical School, College or University, Experience in Gas Turbine & Generator assembly works.
- Team player with good command in written and verbal communication in English
- Fresh Graduate or 1 to 2 years maintenance experience on prime movers in Power Station and/or Oil & Gas Industry.
- Willingness to work in shifts, frequent travelling and working abroad as necessary.
- Advanced knowledge of English written and spoken
- Willing to work in multi-cultural teams.
- Result driven, Team Player & self-motivated.
