- Work as part of an experienced, multicultural team based across several European countries
- Support a wide range of reporting topics and core controlling activities, including forecasting and planning
- Assist in preparing monthly forecasts and reports, ensuring accuracy, high quality, and timely delivery
- Manage data collection and processing, ensuring precise inputs into EPM+ and other controlling tools
- Analyze financial data and independently evaluate Actuals and Forecasts with a critical, solution-oriented mindset
- Validate financial figures, ensure plausibility, and deliver well founded commentary that drives informed decision-making
- Master’s and/or Bachelor’s or degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance/Accounting, or a related field, with long-term relevant professional experience.
- High proficiency in digital tools and a strong interest in process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret, structure, and visualize complex financial data for diverse internal stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of business operations and financial impacts, with the ability to independently prepare clear facts and figures for management decision-making.
- Strong intercultural awareness and the ability to collaborate effectively across countries and time zones in a global environment.
- Advanced English skills and a collaborative, dynamic, results-oriented personality with strong networking and communication abilities.
