Join our Equipment Operations Management Team as an Equipment Lead Engineer, where you’ll collaborate with a dedicated group of Technical Project Managers and Engineers to ensure the seamless operation of our offshore wind turbine installation equipment. You’ll dive into troubleshooting, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to keep our equipment running smoothly. Your role will involve leading Engineering Change Notes and collaborating with construction teams to provide technical support for installation projects. Representing the department in FAT and SAT tests, you’ll gather lessons learned to enhance future equipment developments.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Provide technical support for transport, lifting, and installation equipment across business units.
• Maximize equipment uptime by engaging early in the design process and conducting FMEA.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement solutions for quality management.
• Participate in quality reviews and support TPM practices.
• Manage the technical aspects of the Equipment Life Cycle and support service operations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical operational management, preferably in the wind industry.
• Experience with equipment design, FAT and SAT, and equipment maintenance.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
• Familiarity with NX, SAP, and Teamcenter is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate technical information effectively.
