A Snapshot of Your Day

Your day as a Data Specialist will be dynamic and intellectually stimulating, offering continuous learning opportunities. You’ll play a key role in strategic collaboration and innovative data solutions, working closely with global teams to understand data requirements, analyze and structure complex datasets, and ensure high data quality to support Grid Technology Services. Your contributions will directly support digital finance initiatives, giving you hands-on involvement in impactful projects. You'll also help drive the digital transformation of our Finance function by using modern tools and systems such as Snowflake, SAP, Power BI, and SAC.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collaborate with global teams, including HQ, to understand and clarify data requests.
• Analyse, structure, and merge raw data from different sources.
• Cleanse, map, and improve data quality within databases.
• Develop and maintain databases and ETL processes.
• Find opportunities for new data acquisition and integration.
• Support digital finance projects and regional teams as needed.

What You Bring

• Degree or equivalent experience in Financial Engineering, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Solid understanding of SQL, SAP systems, databases, and ETL processes (Snowflake is a plus).
• Familiarity with SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) and/or Power BI.
• Experience in Finance is an advantage.
• Organized, dedicated to achieving goals, and enthusiastic about acquiring new tools and technologies.
• Proficient communication skills in English; German is a plus.
