To strengthen our team, we are looking for a creative Content Creator who is passionate about developing digital learning formats and taking our training programs to the next level.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and design eLearnings, Web-Based Trainings (WBTs), and other digital learning formats for our internal training programs.
• Use modern tools and technologies, including AI-powered software, to create interactive and engaging learning content.
• Contribute to the conceptualization and structuring of learning materials in collaboration with our service experts and stakeholders.
• Conceptualize and structure learning materials in close collaboration with our electrical engineering experts.
• Ensure clear, simple, and brand-compliant presentation of content.
• Work closely with internal departments and GT SV regions to create tailored training solutions for target audiences.
• Maintain high-quality standards in terms of didactics, design, and user experience for all learning materials.
• Handle  the communication strategies across internal and external channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and organizational objective

What You Bring

• Completed training in media design (e.g., Media Designer) or a comparable qualification in design, e-learning, or digital media.
• Experience in creating digital learning content and proficiency with common authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar).
• Familiarity with using AI-powered tools for content creation is a plus.
• Strong sense of structure, design, and the ability to present learning content clearly and effectively.
• Creativity and the ability to simplify complex topics and make them engaging.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in working collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.
• Good command of English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Ideally, experience or basic knowledge of working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit LMS oder ähnlicher Software wünschenswert
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office Produkten
• Von Vorteil sind erste Erfahrungen in der Erstellung von Trainings- und Lerninhalten
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse erforderlich, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
• Selbstständige und flexible Arbeitsweise, kommunikativ und teamorientiert sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz
