- Support audits, risk assessments, and vendor claim reviews to ensure compliance and identify potential gaps
- Conduct root cause analysis for compliance breaches and propose corrective actions
- Support in developing and implementing a robust compliance control framework for Global Mobility
- Collaborate with HR, Tax, Legal, and regional teams to align processes and ensure global consistency
- Work with data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Contribute to training and awareness initiatives on compliance and risk topics
- Study degree in Business Administration or equivalent with several years professional experience in tax, immigration, and social security, along with knowledge of Global Mobility processes and their interdependencies
- Knowledge of Management Systems: Experience or basic knowledge in German (tax) management systems and risk management
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Data Analysis and Presentation: Advanced proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with HR systems
- High interest in working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and practical applications for supporting compliance monitoring, risk detection, and process automation
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment; strong English language skills, with German being a plus
