A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our Compliance Risk Management & Internal Controls Corporate Team and play a key role in safeguarding the integrity of Siemens Energy Legal & Compliance. In your role, you will drive the identification and mitigation of global compliance risks, analyze internal processes and company data, and enhance our internal control system. Taking ownership of the compliance risk management process, you ensure its global implementation, empowering the business to proactively prevent, detect, and respond to compliance risks. Applying your expertise in internal control methodologies, you act as a trusted advisor, helping to identify and implement key controls across business operations and IT systems. Your mission: to establish an efficient and effective internal control framework, ensuring compliance excellence at Siemens Energy.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Identification and Mitigation of Risks in collaboration with business and other functions.
- Support for Compliance Organization through guidance on Compliance Risk topics, including training, workshops, and applicable templates.
- Definition and Continuous Improvement of the Compliance Assurance Framework in coordination with respective Governance owners for topics such as corruption, antitrust, data privacy, export control, and human rights compliance.
- Implementation and Maintenance of an Effective Internal Control System for Legal & Compliance, including the management of a GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tool.
- Execution of Compliance Projects focused on control harmonization, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
- Research and Risk Analysis based on internal and external reports on Compliance cases and trends to identify potential risks.
What You Bring
- Relevant Academic Background in business administration, law, finance, or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive Professional Experience in Compliance Rollouts, international Audits, and Risk Management.
- Expertise in Internal Control Concepts such as SOX and COSO, with practical application across various business processes and proficiency in GRC tools.
- Technical Proficiency in SAP, MS Office (especially Excel, Tableau), and digitalization techniques, including data mining, data analytics, and data visualization.
- Strong Communication and Networking Skills with fluency in English (C1); proficiency in German or other languages is an advantage.
- Cultural Sensitivity and Interpersonal Competence to foster effective collaboration in an international work environment.
