As a Senior Commercial Project Manager, you will oversee the commercial and financial execution of complex projects, ensuring strong performance, compliance, and profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage risks, support decision-making, and drive successful project outcomes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the commercial and financial execution of assigned projects, ensuring accurate project setup, cost control, revenue recognition, invoicing, and cash collection throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with technical project managers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and mitigate commercial, financial, and contractual risks while maximizing opportunities.
• Prepare, analyze, and present project forecasts, financial reports, and variance analyses related to revenue, margin, cash flow, and asset management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial reporting guidelines, and applicable accounting standards, maintaining accurate project books and records in SAP and related systems.
• Support commercial discussions with customers, partners, and suppliers, including contract interpretation, claims management, change orders, and resolution of commercial issues.
• Drive transparency, process improvements, and strong business partnering across functions to enhance project performance, support informed decision-making, and secure sustainable financial results.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in commercial project management, project controlling, or finance roles within a project-based business environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and solid understanding of accounting principles, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional and international environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage contractual topics, assess risks and opportunities, and drive results in a fast-paced project execution environment.
