A Snapshot of Your Day

As Financial Analyst / Commercial Project Manager (CPM) for Wind Power Major Projects you´ll be responsible for commercial aspects, project financials (controlling & reporting) & clean books and records. Co-leading of the major corrective together with planner / project manager with the objective of executing the project according to the defined Project Management (PM) standards, customer requirements and the applicable Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRG). Partnership and collaboration between the CPM and the PM is the key for the overall project success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Ensure the compliance with the SBA guidelines for all commercial aspects.
• Ensure the accuracy of project books and records, including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g. SAP - ensures compliance with Siemens-FRG plus the local GAAP requirements.
• Ensures all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities.
• Support Sales and the Project Management team that the financial results according to set targets are managed with due professional care and optimizes the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments.
• Supports O&M SPM and CPM in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities.
• Supports Project Manager to select and involve partners / subcontractors.

• Must possess a personality that gives stakeholders feeling of trust and comfort, very professional attitude. Knowledge and understanding of other cultures.
• Realizes extent of authority and limitations necessary to successfully complete projects.
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to a constantly changing work environment.
• University Degree in (Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineer, Systems Engineer or similar).
• Professional Experience (3+ years) in business administration, project management, finance, accounting or similar.
• Technical Knowledge (SAP, Excel, Power BI).

About the Team

The selected person will work jointly with the Major Projects’ planners or project managers, other CPMs of the finance team, logistics area, accounting and other support areas of the Company.
