A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Chapter Lead (f/m/d), you lead and develop a team of ERP experts while ensuring the stable and reliable operation of business-critical ERP solutions for project and service processes. You drive the chapter's contribution to the SAP S/4HANA transformation, balancing operational excellence with strategic innovation. By collaborating closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you ensure high-quality service delivery and the successful implementation of future-ready ERP capabilities.
How You’ll Make an Impact - Leadership, mentoring, and development of ERP teams, including performance management, resource planning, and talent development
- Team representation in management forums and cross-functional initiatives, serving as the primary chapter contact
- Management of ERP service delivery, ensuring system stability, performance, and compliance with defined service levels (SLAs)
- Governance of IT service management processes, including incident, problem, and change management, as well as continuous service improvement
- Leadership of ERP workstreams within SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, including solution design, implementation, and project delivery
- Technical governance of ERP enhancements, cross-functional collaboration, and transition of new solutions into stable operations, including knowledge transfer and documentation
What You Bring- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in ERP application management, with a focus on SAP in project and service business environments
- Proven leadership experience in managing, developing, and mentoring technical expert teams
- Extensive expertise in leading large-scale IT transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP PS/CS modules, as well as ERP project management
- Expertise in business process design, process improvement, governance, vendor management, and stakeholder collaboration
