A Snapshot of Your Day 

Analyzing the tasks required for the day and coordinating within the team who should undertake these tasks. Reviewing and handling ongoing tasks and updating with sales when changes need to be considered. Understanding customer requirements and translating them into internal actions and the Developing and finalizing the technical proposal, including costs and risks.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Lead the bid preparation with a temporarily assigned team of experts as entrepreneur
  • Define the adequate business model and negotiate the way of collaboration with Regional Units, Business Units and external partners
  • Support the winning strategy and optimize the overall project with a a multidisciplinary view 
  • Identify and evaluate customer requirements in RfQs or RfIs and manage the development of the system configuration 
  • Establish offer documents, the integration of customer specifics therein and you coordinate the contribution of key roles supporting the offer 
  • Establish regular status reports (financial, technical and legal matters) and are responsible for the correctness of the regular quarter end closing of your project(s)
What You Bring
  • Master’s degree in electrical/chemical or industrial engineering resp. related engineering fields or equivalent
  • Longtime experience as Project Manager in the implementation of large-scale system or solution business in an international environment and in technical functions (Eng./R&D) 
  • Broad experience in leading multicultural teams and the management of team members as times superior
  • Experience with the management of various senior stakeholders (Authorities, Exec. Management internal & external) 
  • Fluent English language skills, further languages would be beneficial
  • Willingness to travel and to work around the world
