A Snapshot of Your Day
Acting as an accounting professional, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the business has procedures and processes in place for efficient and effective cost controlling. The candidate will be working with multiple internal stakeholders ensuring that financial data is reviewed and analysed continuously as well as accounted for and forecasted correctly with the goal to maximise financial performance. This role will report directly to the Head of Finance.
This is a contract position with a duration of 12 months.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Analyze, prepare and summarize financial data.
- Deliver timely and accurate reports to comply with business requirements.
- Act as key partner for the financial forecasting, budgeting and accounting process
- Performs comparisons Actual vs. Plan, periodic gap/variation analysis
- Support local teams in financial topics.
- Work in partnership with the central accounting services to deliver efficient and effective services to the business.
- Work with all stakeholders on proposed process and system changes.
What You Bring
- A professional accounting accreditation
- BA//Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office
- 3-5 years of demonstrable financial reporting/accounting experience, preferably in a multinational organization
- Self motivation, curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Detail oriented and willing to dig into topics
- Capability to successfully manage multiple priorities with a tight deadline
About the Team
You will be part of a dynamic team, comprised of several analysts, accounting professionals and managers.
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
