This role is being created to support the innovation and optimization of Global Mobility processes through artificial intelligence. Working closely with the Data Science Lead, the AI/ML Specialist will contribute to projects that drive efficiency, enhance data-driven decision-making, and automate workflows. To achieve this, the position will focus on supporting three core areas: AI Solution Development, Business Process Analysis, and Technology Lifecycle Support. This structure ensures the role provides crucial hands-on support for building and prototyping technical solutions, while aligning with the strategic direction set by team leadership for the Global Mobility function. You will have foundational expertise in machine learning, Python, and software engineering. You will be a collaborative team player, eager to apply their technical skills to support the design, building, and prototyping of effective AI applications under the guidance of senior team members.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• AI Solution Development & Development
  • Support the design, development, and prototyping of custom AI/ML models and solutions for Global Mobility challenges.
  • Clean, preprocess, and prepare data from various sources for model training, validation, and testing.
  • Develop and test prototype and proof-of-concepts for AI solutions, including those leveraging generatvie AI and NLP for GM / HR applications
  • Contribute to the integration of AI solutions into existing systems and workflows using APIs and software engineering best practices.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ ML frameworks, libraries, and tools for specific business problems
• Implementation and Process Integration
  • Deploy, manage and monitor AI models in production environments with support of the technical implementation team
  • Integrate Ai solutions with existing HR systems and platforms by potentially developing and mantaining robust APIs
  • Continously monitor model performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement improvements to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Establish and maintain documentation for AI models, systems, and processes to ensure scalability and knowledge transfer
• Strategic Advisory and Project Management
  • Act as a subject matter expert on AI and machine learning for Global Mobility, providing guidance and insights
  • Support in managing end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from prototyping to deployment
  • Stay current with advancements in AI/ ML technology and proactively identify potential applications within the function

What You Bring:

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related quantitative field
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field combined with significant professional experience in AI/ ML development
• Experience in designing and building AI/ML solutions, preferably in a corporate or team-based project environment.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a technical team, supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of data or AI projects.
• Agile certification (optional)
• Knowledge and skills in: Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Programming & Software Engineering, Behavioral & Cognitive
• Analytical Skills, troubleshooting (Problem Solving), collaboration, knowledge of Agile Methodology
