Grid Technologies
A megújuló energiaforrások emelkedő aránya, a növekvő energiaigény, az elöregedő infrastruktúra és a fokozódó komplexitás az új csatlakozási pontok mellett a meglévő hálózatok infrastruktúrájának megújítását és fejlesztését is igénylik.
A munkakörről
A Snapshot of Your Day
Your mornings might open with a community session where a factory engineer demos a workflow they automated overnight — you designed the session format and coached the presenter. By midday you are in a 1:1 with a senior leader, walking them through a prompt strategy for their next board update. In the afternoon you are reviewing the learning analytics dashboard you built, identifying which cohorts are stalling and redesigning their journey. Late afternoon: publishing a crisp Viva Engage insight card that distils a complex EU AI Act requirement into one actionable sentence.
No two days are the same. The constant is that you are the person GT's people turn to when they want to get serious about AI.
How You'll Make an Impact
• Lead and Grow the Citizen Development Community of Practice:
o Own the 500+ member community: weekly session format, volunteer facilitator network, and community rituals that sustain energy and participation.
o Evolve the community from a grassroots initiative into a self-reinforcing learning ecosystem with clear growth tracks and visible career impact.
o Identify and elevate internal AI champions; create a recognition and progression structure that rewards contribution.
• Executive AI Enablement — the Priority Differentiator:
o Design and deliver targeted AI upskilling for senior leaders and C-suite: not generic literacy, but role-specific application — from decision-making augmentation to strategic prompt engineering.
o Translate AI governance, responsible AI principles, and regulatory context (EU AI Act) into crisp executive briefings that build confidence and reduce hesitation.
o Position AI as a strategic lever aligned to GT's transformation agenda, building the leadership conviction that drives adoption.
• Build and Scale AI Upskilling Programs:
o Conduct structured skills gap analysis across GT business functions; define learning personas and build differentiated journeys accordingly.
o Design and deliver programs spanning AI literacy, prompt engineering, tool-specific enablement (Copilot, GenAI APIs, process automation), and responsible AI practice.
o Evaluate learning outcomes against measurable business KPIs — not just completion rates, but workflow changes and productivity gains.
• Create Sticky AI Content:
o Translate complex AI topics into compelling multi-format content: visual insight cards, executive briefings, bite-sized modules, and live demos.
o Run a multi-channel AI communication strategy across Viva Engage, Microsoft Teams, newsletters, and live events that builds consistent engagement across GT.
• Direct Selected AI Initiatives
o Take the lead role on smaller, scoped AI initiatives within the GT portfolio — moving from enabler to owner where your expertise and bandwidth allow.
o Scope, plan, and drive delivery on focused AI projects (e.g. community-facing tools, prompt libraries, AI onboarding automation) in close coordination with the Digital & Process Transformation team.
o Use direct initiative experience to keep enablement content grounded in real-world application — ensuring training reflects what actually works in the GT context.
• Embed AI Capability Into the Operating Model
o Collaborate with the Process Architecture Unit, GT Digital Services, IT, and HR to align community and learning activity with the AI portfolio and transformation programme.
o Measure, report, and continuously improve: engagement metrics, cohort progression, and business impact storytelling for senior stakeholders.
What You Bring
• 5+ years in community management, L&D, internal communications, change management, or digital enablement — in a large, complex, multinational organisation.
• Proven track record building a community or program from inception: stakeholder engagement, content planning, sustainable operations.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and upskill senior leadership audiences — not just general employees.
• Hands-on proficiency with Generative AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) with the ability to apply, demo, and explain them to non-technical audiences.
• Experience designing structured learning journeys: needs analysis, curriculum development, outcome evaluation.
• Fluent with Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, SharePoint, and multi-format content production.
• Strongly Preferred:
• Experience working directly with C-suite or divisional leadership on AI enablement or digital transformation topics.
• Hands-on experience owning or co-leading small AI or digital initiatives end-to-end — scoping, planning, and delivering — not just supporting.
• Foundational knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, and EU AI Act — sufficient to brief and advise senior audiences.
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering organisations, with an appreciation for the gap between IT-native and operational audiences.
• Familiarity with agentic AI workflows, prompt engineering frameworks, or AI product development.
• Academic Background
• Bachelor's or equivalent in Communications, Organisational Psychology, Education, Business, or a digital/IT discipline. Equivalent experience considered.
