How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will support global process engineers in reducing risks associated with wind turbine blade manufacturing.

• Collaborate with the Handling and Transportation of Blades team to understand and improve internal movement processes.

• Analyze production issues and identify opportunities for improvement, such as equipment lifespan and tool availability for factory workers.

• Present your findings to relevant coworkers, driving the implementation of solutions and monitoring their effectiveness.

• Engage in hands-on learning by shadowing operations and reviewing existing documentation to deepen your understanding of the manufacturing process.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (with the ambition to continue on to a Master’s) within Material/Mechanical Engineering, Production/Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.

• An analytical mindset and a passion for process optimization.

• A strong ability to thrive in a diverse, international environment and connect with people from various backgrounds.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Danish is a plus.

• Availability for in-person support in Aalborg, with flexible working hours of 10-25 hours per week.
