You will engage with both manual operations and complex data systems, ensuring that every piece of information is accurately captured and utilized. Your independent drive will empower you to analyze processes, uncover bottlenecks, and contribute to continuous optimization efforts, all while collaborating with a supportive multinational team.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will support global process engineers in reducing risks associated with wind turbine blade manufacturing.
- Collaborate with the Handling and Transportation of Blades team to understand and improve internal movement processes.
- Analyze production issues and identify opportunities for improvement, such as equipment lifespan and tool availability for factory workers.
- Present your findings to relevant coworkers, driving the implementation of solutions and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Engage in hands-on learning by shadowing operations and reviewing existing documentation to deepen your understanding of the manufacturing process.
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (with the ambition to continue on to a Master’s) within Material/Mechanical Engineering, Production/Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
- An analytical mindset and a passion for process optimization.
- A strong ability to thrive in a diverse, international environment and connect with people from various backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Danish is a plus.
- Availability for in-person support in Aalborg, with flexible working hours of 10-25 hours per week.
