A Snapshot of Your Day 

As part of our dynamic Sales Excellence team you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales Organization. In this position, you will drive learning and communication initiatives, ensuring effective knowledge sharing within the Sales Community. You contribute to the development and delivery of training programs, collaborate with internal partners to identify training needs and align programs with organizational goals. Your engagement with external partners will help tailor training solutions for customers, partners, and vendors. Your creative ideas and hands-on support will be invaluable as you work alongside colleagues and cross-functional teams, with occasional business travel opportunities.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Develop and conduct internal training courses and programs targeting new hire orientation, product training, sales process and consultative selling, sales effectiveness, presentation skills, etc.
  • Apply foundational knowledge of the Sales Function to design curriculum/content (tests, visual aids, etc.), select appropriate delivery mechanisms (i.e., classroom, webcast, e-learning, etc.) 
  • Communicate training schedules and updates, leverage AI and digital tools for innovative learning methods, and assist in enhancing customer engagement through effective communication. drive AI-based learning.
  • Develop and monitor metrics for evaluating training effectiveness in cooperation with managers who may also be accountable for broader Sales Function talent development
  • Select and/or oversee vendors to develop training content or conduct training
What You Bring
  • University degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Training & Education, International Management, or a related field
  • Ideally first experience in a similar role
  • Strong project management and time management abilities as well as content creation and problem-solving
  • Ability to conduct detailed training needs assessments and measure training effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and basic understanding of AI
  • Ability to engage effectively with team members at all levels and across departments combined with excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills in English, basic German Skills preferred
  • Basic understanding of Grid Technologies is a plus
