The IT Expert will support the IT Service Manager for automated Test management.

You must be a technology enthusiast who can demonstrate software design principals combined with latest technologies to realize any software solutions. You will be working closely with IT and business team members to design and setup test management service within Siemens Energy.

How You’ll Make an Impact / Responsibilities

• Support of company-wide test automation initiatives
• Review of concepts and requirements regarding test automation
• Deriving test strategies and scenarios in cooperation with the business units involved
• Support different Customer in Design, implementation and maintenance of automated test cases
• Support different Customer in regards of Quality control and Reporting
• Evaluation of test results and distribution to responsible (project) teams
• Conception and execution of trainings regarding the used processes and tools of test automation
• Maintenance and further development of the documentation of processes and procedures around test management
• Development and maintenance of a test automation network
• Support in the governance of the test automation framework
• Further development and communication of methods and standards in the area of test management and test automation

What You Bring / Skills, Capabilities

You should be an expert (10+) IT professional with your graduation in Engineering or equivalent knowledge (MCA).

Technical Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in the execution of test automations.
• Must have experience in Tricentis Tosca
• Good understanding of end-to-end business processes as well as experience in SAP, ideally first contact points with S/4 HANA
• You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• You must have excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
• You must be a team player and be able to build consensus with others
• Ability to act on own responsibility and Solution-oriented
• Self-motivated and having strong collaboration skills to work in a global, agile/lean environment
• Experiences in communication with Customer/Business, should be able to consult on test automation topics.
• Familiarity with SAP Charm and Solution Manager
• Good multi-tasking capabilities, coordination, time management and organizational skills.
