A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Student Worker in the Equipment Maintenance and Support department at Siemens Gamesa in Esbjerg, your day will involve organizing and supporting the administration within the department. You will ensure that paperwork is in place for logistics and purchases, and support invoicing to our customers. Your role will be crucial in maintaining efficient operations and contributing to the smooth functioning of the team.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage day-to-day functional operations and apply IT systems effectively.
- Prepare specialized routine reports, correspondence, and statistics.
- Maintain records and filing systems; enter data into computer systems, including Office applications and specialized software packages.
- Complete routine reports to support decision-making processes in the assigned area.
- Administer programs, projects, and processes specific to the organizational unit served.
