A Snapshot of Your Day

Join us as a Site Manager (f/m/d), where you will take charge of all operations at the construction site, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. You will report directly to the Lead Site Manager and collaborate closely with the Head of SMIL. Your role involves planning and performing work in line with contracts and EHS/QA systems, while continuously evaluating and improving team capabilities. You will champion a Zero Harm culture, optimizing processes and workflows to standardize execution and maintain high safety standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead EHS initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety standards and acting as a role model for Zero Harm.
• Contribute to EHS discussions during project planning and lead all aspects of documentation and certification during execution.
• Ensure site activities align with safety, schedule, cost, and quality targets, developing countermeasures for any deviations.
• Lead, change and claim processes, driving a Zero Defect culture to prevent non-standard work.
• Coordinate risk and opportunity management, site setup, and regular reporting of site activities.

What You Bring

• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field or proven experience in the Offshore wind industry.
• Proven leadership in large international construction projects with technical knowledge of wind turbine products.
• Excellent conflict resolution abilities coupled with a solid grasp of technical issues and work processes
• Comprehensive understanding of project site operations, including planning, production, assembly, and commissioning.
• EHS and Quality focused, with knowledge about QA and EHS processes and reporting tools.
• Your extensive communication skills, both written and verbal, will be crucial for success in this role. 
• As this position requires global travel to project sites, you are willing and able to work on a rotational basis, both onshore and offshore.
