We are looking for a Service Technician to join our team in Isparta, Turkey. As a Service Technician, you will work executing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and troubleshooting inside the wind turbines.

The Service Technicians are responsible for the work in the SGRE Wind turbines being conducted in a safe manner and with high safety and quality standards.

Your main tasks consist of ensuring service tasks on turbines are performed according to SGRE manuals, quality and safety and as well according to customer safety rules.

As a person you are compliant, flexible, and eager to work in a job that will offer you freedom and great opportunity to learn and become an independent problem-solver. You will be multitasking and planning service activities, while coordinating these activities within your team.

Residence Location: Isparta/Turkey

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Participate in on call arrangements (flexibility is important)
• Participate in all relevant technical training from SGRE
• Tools tracking, inventory tracking, stock counting and train new technicians,
• Accident/incident reporting and work orders reporting, vehicles check
• Hours registration and reporting
• Responsible from proper usage of IT tools including Sharepoint, Worskpace, ServiceMax, Wind Dialogue, GRT, GOT, WindOne Customer, SeFe DS, SpheraCloud, QSYS, SAP, FSM, etc.

What You Bring 

• Min. 3 years of technical experience in wind turbine field service and Aability to follow technical instructions and technical drawings in English
• Being able to learn fast and keeping up with the intense work tempo and have experience related with special lifting and measurement tools
• Having basic occupational safety knowledge to comply with occupational safety rules in practice
• MS office programs (excel, work, power point etc..) and diagnostic tools, proactive system checks
• English level (B1-B2) and no barrier to drive (Class-B license), and SRC preferred
• Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for someone with at least a high school or Vocational School diploma (on mechanical or electrical is a plus)
