Responsibilities: 

• Consults with customers on technical solutions together with internal experts.
• Ensure the smooth implementation of the assigned contracts
• Set up and optimize the process for project implementation of projects.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities under close communication with customers
• Manage day to day project implementation of the assigned projects
• Manage the relationship with the customer and all collaborators
• Develop and monitor schedule for timely implementation of the project and meeting deadlines of the projects
• Implement the project to achieve all contractual obligations within the budget approved
• Identify an organize the appropriate resources needed for the project implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, gas turbine, rotating equipment/mechanical related field or equivalent
• PM certificate holder preferred.
• 5+ years of experiences in power generation business or related industries
• Good communication and management skill
• Ability to work on tight time deadlines.
• Good written and spoken business communications skills in English ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders
• Excellent planning and self-organizing skills ability to pick up information fast, work independently and solution oriented based on positive mind-set
• Intercultural sensitivity to work with international team
• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
