We are looking for a proactive and skilled Service Operations Manager to join our Onshore Operations team! If you have longed for working at forefront of wind energy field, this is an exciting next step on your career path!
Snapshot of your day
As a Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a number of sites in cooperation with your team consisting of technicians and lead technicians.
- Stakeholder management: Responsible for communicating with all your customers on operational matters.
- Onsite operations management: Leading and developing your team on site consisting of technicians and lead technicians.
- Responsible for the P&L and financial KPIs in cooperation with the commercial project manager.
- Responsible for safety and quality on all service operations in your area.
- Ensure continuous improvement and act as a point of escalation for technical challenges.
- There will be regular travel to site in this position.
What you bring
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change! We are also looking for someone with:
- Strong leadership experience, ideally with technicians.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Technical / engineering field is preferable, but administrative education is also relevant.
- Strong contractual experience.
- Experience and skills with Operations management of heavy industry operations or service management is highly advantageous and can compensate for formal education.
- Fluent English, written and oral and one of the Scandinavian languages such as Norwegian, Swedish or Danish.

About the team
You’ll be joining a highly competent back-office team with a strong commitment to operational excellence. Our support functions extend across the international organization providing valuable support and collaboration across borders. Out in the field, you’ll work closely with skilled wind technicians, operations coordinators, planners and experienced lead technicians who bring a high level of professionalism and ownership to every project site.
