A Snapshot of Your Day

You will support other departments and regions to fulfill escalation requirements for sales opportunities on Execution Unit level. For that, you will interact with various management levels including Business Area-, Execution Unit- and Function Management in addition to the Sales and GT PR factory community. Your day offers a wide variety of topics that keep it interesting and challenging with lots of opportunities to learn.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will drive the improvement and audit proof execution of the offer escalation process for the Sales and GT PR community.
• Due to your work, Management can be ensured that all process requirements are fulfilled whilst continuously working on making this effort more efficient.
• You will be responsible for the process, training, tooling, and communication regarding this matter.
• You will learn from a broad range of content like Risk & Opportunity Management, Compliance, Legal, Finance and IT looking holistically at systems and processes.
• As the end, your process will support to improve sales processes and execution robustness and as a result support growth and improve profitability of the Execution Unit.
• With an outward personality you will inform and train the community e.g. with internal social media tools

What You Bring

• Degree educated in Business Administration or similar.
• Work experience with affinity for governance, documentation, and process adherence.  
• General sales and contract knowledge, including risk & opportunity management, Salesforce-Tool knowledge helpful.
• Skills in time management, (top management) communication and mediation
• Fluent in English (and ideally also German), capable of communicating with a worldwide team located in different time zones, flexibility required.
• High degree of curiosity, resilience, and motivation to work in a dynamic and demanding business environment.
