A Snapshot of Your Day
As Sales and Marketing Manager for Transactional Business Hub Sales, you will be responsible for identifying, driving and closing Modernization & Upgrades (M&U)business opportunities. You will get chance to immerse yourself in cutting-edge global technology solutions and collaborate with dynamic international teams.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Technical sales of Large Steam Turbine (LST) and Generators (GEN) Modernization and Upgrade (M&U) products in the Region Asia Pacific, including sourcing, developing and closing projects
- Drive M&U projects as well as major service opportunities to achieve business targets by understanding customer drivers and creating a unique Monetized Value Proposition
- Lead interdisciplinary and international negotiation teams for LST and GEN M&U projects together with the Country Sales and the back office organizations from Engineering and Operations
- Define, in alignment with the Country Sales, the Project and Customer Sales Strategy
- Understand and update market and customer requirements/trends for related product developments
What You Bring
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration with technical background or any other related field
- Independent and strong self-starter
- Understanding of power plants operations and equipment (especially Steam Turbines, Generators)
- Experience in power industry in Asia Pacific
- Demonstrated ability in sales or project management function
- Experience in an intercultural environment with cross-regional working team
- Ability and willingness to travel (up to 50%)
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
